Support your baby
Slide one hand under her head and the other beneath her back and bottom.
Bring her to your chest
As you stand upright, bring your baby close. Keep her head slightly raised.
Rest her in your arms
Slide the hand under the bottom up to her head. Bend your other arm so that her head rest in your elbow. Use your free hand to support.
