PUTTING A NAPPY.

To avoid nappy rush and to keep your baby comfortable, try to change nappy as soon as it's wet or soiled. You can change your baby sitting down on the floor or on the changing table, always keep one hand on your baby , and never leave her along.
When removing a soiled nappy, use the front of it to clean as much mess as possible. Once the nappy's off, clean your baby thoroughly as you would when topping and tailing her.

Using a disposable nappy.

Disposable nappies are quick and easy o fit. Although designs very, most can be in the following way.
Place the nappy under your baby Slide the opened nappy under your baby's body, lifting your baby's legs up by the ankles.
Fold and fasten. Bring the front of the nappy up between the legs. Unpeel the tabs and bring the sides across to stick to the front.

Putting on a vest.

Your baby will probably enjoy the contact she has with you while you dress her. If she is less enthusiastic, make dressing fan. with smiles and cuddles. Save time by gathering her cloths together before you start . When putting on vest try to keep the fabric clear of her face.

Open the neck. Stretch the neck opening wide, and place the back of it at the crown of your baby head.

Pull it over your baby's head Gently pull the vest over her face, being careful not to pull her nose or ears. Adjust the fabric.

Fit the sleeves. Reach down through one sleeve. Hold your baby's wrist and guide it through the sleeve. Pull the sleeve down with the other hand. Repeat with other side, and pull down the vest.
